Our History
At the young age of 15 Darrell rebuilt his first snowmobile engine, from there he turned his hobby into a business in 1980 and Darrell’s Small Motors & Snowmobile Repair was born. In 1988 Darrell built a new shop at his acreage northeast of Annaheim and registered as a business.
In 1996 Darrell took on his first product line and continued to grow from there.
In 2021 Darrell incorporated as Darrell’s Small Motors LTD and took on more product lines growing DSM into one of the leading lawn and garden dealers in Canada.
To this day Darrell’s is still expanding as we look ahead to moving into a new, larger location, right in the village of Annaheim in the spring of 2024.
